In the case of injury, illness or any type of minor emergency, our trusted team is prepared to provide you with a thorough evaluation and the medical treatment you need. Urgent care appointments are available 24/7 by arrangement for new and established patients to help you avoid the hours-long wait and risks associated with sitting in an emergency room waiting area.

Hotel and House Calls
Our concierge medicine services are available to patients from the comfort of their own home, hotel room or office. We offer this convenient, personalized approach to travelers who need personal or urgent care, as well as New Yorkers who require medical services in their home or workplace.
Hotel Calls
NY Hotel Urgent Medical Services is a panel of board-certified, university-affiliated, multilingual physicians who provide comprehensive in-room medical care to travelers in New York City. Travelers who become ill have 24-hour access to hotel doctors in NYC, including internists, pediatricians, obstetricians, surgeons, dentists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and other specialists.
We are equipped for most emergencies and carry portable medical equipment and have most medications on-hand. If a patient requires hospitalization, Dr. Primas admits the patient to the hospital and becomes the patient’s attending physician. A private and reliable ambulance service is used to transport patients in critical situations (non emergency 911 calls).
House Calls
The Physicians’ House Call Network delivers prompt, around-the-clock, high-quality medical and dental services to private residences, offices and other worksites in New York City. In addition, should a patient require hospitalization, Dr. Primas will attend to them as an inpatient at two of Manhattan’s finest teaching hospitals. All clients remain anonymous and receive completely confidential medical care.
